HUMAN RESOURCES STAFF
Responsibility:
- Set up PKB & monitor its implementation in company
- Coordinate monitor activities of labour unions inside or outside company
- Built good relationship with government & other man power institution/ organization
- Monitor & follow up progress of regulation related government & manpower
- Give periodic feedback to management about industrial relationship in company
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree from Law
- Good spoken and written in English
- Computer literate
- Good communication & interpersonal skill
- Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply
- Work place in Balaraja – Tangerang
